(Name, occupation, hobbies, fun facts, etc.) I’m a masters student at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, where I work on issues of food access and health equity. With the little free time grad school affords me, I like to play ultimate, hike, ski, and play board games. 2. When did you start training with Chapel Hill Training? August 2017 3. How has CHT helped you reach your fitness goals? I’m thinking more holistically about how I work out, incorporating mobility and stability exercises alongside strength and cardio.
