About: Chapel Hill Training was born to fill a void in the personal training industry. Too often, I see unsafe training without consideration for the unique needs of each client. 

 

As a life-long athlete, I learned first-hand how important health and fitness truly are. My approach to fitness encompasses the three key components: resistance training, cardiovascular training, and nutrition in a fun, safe and effective way!

Cody Johnson

About: Cody has worked with clients of all ages, athleticism, and backgrounds. He approaches his training with a focus on strength and cardiovascular training with an emphasis on creating a fun and enthusiastic atmosphere for his clients.

Cody has received multiple awards for outstanding customer service and providing the ideal client experience. In his spare time, Cody likes to play pick-up sports and enjoy time with his friends and family. 

Robert Langston

About: Robert's holistic style of training centers around his exceptional education and learning foundations from multiple domains of exercise: physical therapy, strength & conditioning, and mind-body centered practice. He has spent time working in spinal cord rehabilitation centers and athletic performance facilities. His style of training focuses on improving the health, performance, and aesthetics of his clients.

In his spare time, Robert also enjoys exploring farmers markets, cooking tasty healthy food, playing instruments, traveling, reading and flying radio controlled planes.

Anna Ohe

About: Trainer, instructor, and coach, Anna Ohe, comes from a diverse background of athletics and dance. She brings a multidisciplinary approach to helping her clients achieve their fitness and performance goals. Believing that cross training is an art form and solutions are often found in unconventional places; each individual has the power to reach their full potential with thoughtful programming and dedication. 

Functional movement assessments, athletic performance enhancement, posture correction, rehabilitative movement , virtual coaching and personal training.

Patricia Callison

About: Patricia’s training style focuses on connecting with clients and creating programs specific to their individual needs and goals.  Her experience with various ages and ability levels, in addition to her exercise science education, makes her a versatile trainer and seasoned fitness professional. Patricia’s interest in human movement and passion for providing quality service has led her to pursue a Doctorate degree in physical therapy.  She believes that everyone deserves feel welcomed and empowered to come as they are and grow in their physical abilities. 

In her free time, Patricia likes to stay active by running, exploring new places, hiking, fishing, and weight lifting.

Chris Rain

About: Chris draws on his experience as an athlete as well as his continued studies in movement and the human body, combined with the psychology behind motivation, to promote positive and permanent improvements in Chapel Hill Training clients.  The personalized plans that Chris develops reflect knowledge gained from his UNC degree in Exercise and Sport Science, from serving as the strength coordinator for a UNC club team and interning under physical therapists at facilities such as the Mayo Clinic, UNC Hospitals, and free standing clinics across North Carolina.  Through these unique experiences and exposures to physical injuries, including his own, Chris has developed an innate ability to keep the spirit inspired despite physical challenges and to finesse a work-out plan that keeps the body moving forward in a healthy, desired direction.
