Saturday Sweat

Saturday, February 20th at 10:00am

This is a 60 minute long, no equipment necessary, DJ-fueled workout that you won’t want to miss! Join us via Zoom for a virtual workout that's guaranteed to be fun, make you sweat, and put you in an excellent mood! We'll have a DJ spinning your favorite workout songs and keeping your energy high. This is a donation based class, meaning that there is NO set price. You can attend for free or pay a donation amount to help support our studio!

 

Tendonitis and Prevention Clinic

Monday, February 15th at 5:30pm

This will be an excellent clinic hosted by local physical therapist,  Dr. Michael Tancini of Ground to Overhead Physical Therapy or Dr. “Tank” who will be teaching you about how/why tendonitis occurs and how to mitigate it! For those of you who struggle with chronic pain and/or random flare ups, this is the clinic for you! This will be hosted hands-on at the CHT studio, but also live via Zoom.
