Pilates for Mobility & Stability

Come practice a variety of intermediate Pilates exercises designed to give you the core connections you need to move through the rest of your activities with confidence and control. You will follow the guidance of a classically-trained instructor who will explain each mat exercise and encourage you to reach for a little more! Class lasts 50 minutes, with time at the end of discussion and Q&A.

A Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, Riki Shore sees great potential in every client, coaching their inner athlete so they can reach their goals, whether they are looking for more mobility, improved posture, increased muscle tone, or better balance and coordination. Riki's compassionate and inclusive approach to each client is met with a sense of fun that winds its way into each and every session.
