The NYFC is an excellent way to kickstart your year with 6 weeks of goal setting, events, adherence challenges, testing, and fun to keep you motivated to continue your year on the right foot! Due to the pandemic, the challenge will be held virtually on our app and you will be able to compete in the challenge completely socially distanced.

This year’s challenge will kick off on Saturday, January 16th and there are 3 options you can choose from, each include different levels of challenges and features that will help you along your 6 week challenge. No matter which option you choose, all participants will be completing the same base challenge.

1. “The Classic” NYFC - $75; includes:
- the 6 week challenge w/ registration, pre-testing, and post-testing
- access to CHT on Demand for 6 weeks (if you aren’t currently a client or subscriber b/c you already have it!)
- all events throughout the challenge (Saturday Sweat, Positive Psychology with Kaci Pike, etc)

2. “The Goal Setter” NYFC - $175; includes:

3. “The Goal Achiever” NYFC - $250; includes:

Positive Psychology Seminar

Wednesday, February 3rd at 6pm

Kaci Pike holds a master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology and is one of CHT’s awesome trainers. She’ll be presenting and answering questions on creating positive habits, goal setting, and facing challenges!


Tendonitis and Prevention Clinic

Monday, February 15th 5:30pm

This will be an excellent clinic hosted by local physical therapist,  Dr. Michael Tancini of Ground to Overhead Physical Therapy or Dr. “Tank” who will be teaching you about how/why tendonitis occurs and how to mitigate it! For those of you who struggle with chronic pain and/or random flare ups, this is the clinic for you! This will be hosted hands-on at the CHT studio, but also live via Zoom.
