Saturday Sweat

Saturday, June 19th at 10:00am

This is a 60 minute long, no equipment necessary, DJ-fueled workout that you won’t want to miss!

Join us in-person or on Zoom for a workout that's guaranteed to be fun, make you sweat, and put you in an excellent mood! We'll have a DJ spinning your favorite workout songs and keeping your energy high. Workouts are designed to be done in the studio or at-home with minimal equipment. This is a donation-based class, meaning that there is NO set price. You can attend for free or donate to help support our studio!

All donations on June 19th will be donated to Equality NC! Register on MindBody.
