We employ highly qualified individuals.
At Chapel Hill Training, we aim to employ highly qualified individuals from a diverse training background so that we can all grow in our knowledge of health, wellness, and fitness together.
Each staff member must hold at minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology and at least 1 high-level nationally accredited personal training, strength and conditioning,
or health coaching certification.
Our trainers are categorized into tiers based on certifications and experience level. Pricing is dependent on those tiers.

About the Tiered Structure
Our tiered pricing structure is in place to help support our staff, encourage advancement, reward longevity, and provide the excellent service we pride ourselves on. The system is based on objective measures, such as current experience level, certifications, degrees, client retention rates, and more. Higher tiered trainers will earn a "surcharge" in addition to our base rates.
In addition to this, as an employer, CHT continues to support our staff by offering commission raises, benefits, training opportunities, and more.
