About: Cody is a seasoned fitness professional with over 7 years of experience working with clients of all ages, orthopedic & health concerns, and athleticism. He approaches each training with a candid enthusiasm and a desire to ensure that every client’s needs are met. He will ensure that you always leave your sessions feeling better than you did when you walked in. Throughout his training history, Cody has greatly expanded his programming skillset to include: postural restoration, tendonitis relief, strength & conditioning for athletes, and training for health improvements in clients with chronic pain or disease. As a former Division 1 athlete for the University of North Carolina, Cody understands the importance of exercise and creating an intention for each individual session as part of a grander design for long-term success, happiness, and psychological well-being.
As Co-Owner, Cody aims to consistently improve Chapel Hill Training and it’s services to perfection. With multiple “Best of Chapel Hill” awards earned, Cody aspires to make Chapel Hill Training an industry leader through constant feedback & modification. Using his “People’s Approach to Management”, he promotes a positive work environment for his staff and takes great care in ensuring their prosperity in their career goals. In addition, Cody is an ardent supporter of the greater Chapel Hill community. He serves on the Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership and aims to collaborate with other local businesses to bring people together. You’ll often find that many CHT events are co-hosted by our trusted partners in the spirit of forming a thriving downtown community.
