Liz has always had a passion for fitness, a healthy lifestyle, and a desire to help others. She has been training clients for 6 years and working with clients of all ages and genders. She has been active her entire life, involved in different fitness passions like weight training, running, cycling, and organized sports. In addition to working toward the best outcome for her clients, she strives to create an environment where her clients feel safe, confident, energized, and accomplished.
Liz specializes in corrective exercise with a focus on keeping her clients aligned and injury-free, both in and out of the gym. She makes sure to create specialized programming specific to their needs and goals and loves to educate her clients on why they should be doing certain exercises and how their bodies work..
In her spare time, Liz enjoys motorcycling, both on the open road and out on the racetrack. She also loves gardening, traveling, and spending time with her significant other, family, friends, and her super sweet dog!
