About:

Kyle’s passion for training is rooted in his early love for improvement in performance and function of the human body. Growing up as an athlete, he had a fascination with the weight room and how it can be a tool to improve functional qualities. Drawing from his foundation in Clinical Exercise Physiology, experience working with competitive swimmers, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation patients, recreational athletes, and those seeking a healthier lifestyle; Kyle uses the latest fitness research to craft and tailor effective programs for his clients to meet their goals.

 

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys playing competitive indoor and outdoor volleyball, strength and conditioning activities, reading graphic novels, and spending time with friends, family, and his two dogs.
