Small Group Training

$160 per month (3 classes/week) 
$25 per single class

These training sessions combine all the benefits of personal training in a collaborative small group setting. Workouts are tailored specifically to each group and built around our core training pillars: strength, metabolic activity, conditioning, and stabilization/corrective exercise. We focus on multi-planar and functional exercises in every workout. If you want the personalization of personal training in a more cost-effective, collaborative environment, this is perfect for you!
