John’s approach to training emphasizes injury prevention, strengthening both the body and the mind, and having fun. By pairing up-to-date evidence-based research in the fitness industry with his experiences being a soccer, swimming, and diving coach, John is able to construct individualized programs for various goals and fitness levels. Encouraged to pursue physical freedom through his journey in strength training and exercise, he wants to help his clients gain such freedom and increase their ability to take on opportunities they encounter throughout life.
In his spare time, John enjoys staying active and being outside, whether that is through playing soccer, strength training, or riding his bike around town.
