About: When I think about training, the things that come to mind are injury prevention, strengthening the body and the mind, and having fun. By using up to date evidence-based research in the fitness industry paired with my experiences being a soccer, swim and dive coach, I am able to construct individualized programs for various goals and fitness levels. My interests in strength training and exercise have encouraged me to pursue physical freedom. This is a goal that I want everyone to have that will increase the ability to take on opportunities that present themselves throughout life.
In my spare time I enjoy staying active and being outside, whether that is through playing soccer, strength training or riding my bike around town.
